A group from the Mississippi Valley N Scalers in St. Louis took a trip to the 3rd annual Ohio N-Scale Weekend the middle of May. The Photo Gallery of the MVNS website has a pictorial series on this trip. We stopped at Haley Interlocking, Beech Grove Amtrak maintenance facility, the USAF Museum, the N scale show, Cooke Road, Marion OH train station, and the Whitewater Valley RR. http://mvns.railfan.net/photogal.htm Regards, Glenn Koproske
Nice site! I was going to say welcome to Trainboard but it looks like youv'r been here a while. You should check out Galesburg RR Days, just up the road from you then end of this month, lots of N scale. The Air Force Museum is a great place to visit and the book store is a great way to satisfy my other hobby:thumbs_up:
Thanks, it was a reel good show. I remember riding the Whitewater Valley about 30-35 years ago . We rode behind the 0-6-0 at that time . I also seem to remember a couple of logging type locos in their yard area ( shay climax ??? ) are they still there? ....Mike
