Hi rails, before I go and ruin an expensive HO Shinohara curved switch track (I like 'switch' as that is what they always have been to me since youth..), I find by pressing down on the rivet that the points swivel on ,if loco is not moving when should, it now moves. I'm aware it's a contact problem for sure. But I know how this usually plays out for me..I'll tweak the rivet in such a way that it will become looser.. Must I run jumpers to rid problem for good ? And can I do this RIP (repair in place) ?
Also you see I have a Moniker now; B&O .I chose it because the B&O is the very first RR in the USA. And, my ficticious E.Langley & Dangerfield RR (Rodney passed away night I was looking for a name) ,a coal mining branch with a switchback in main, shares an interchange with the B&O..my connection to the outside world...
