Up until about six months ago I was in contact with Steve Beal at Polyterrain. Then overnight he dropped out of sight. Web page is gone and no response to emails. Okay, maybe they are out of business?? Seems so. Now the big question, does anyone know of a hobby shop that has Polyterrain paste and/or mud still on the shelf and that will ship to me? And yes, I know there are other brands and I have used Woodland scenics flex paste, but Polyterrain is better and about twice the amount for the same price as Woodland's. I am building a room size layour and would love to find some PT paste and mud. The paste I guess I can live withour, but the mud is gone and it is wonderful stuff... Help!!!

    Doc,
    [IMG] to TRAINBOARD!
I know what it's like to have a prefered product that is no longer available. Even going out of buisness you would think he'd sell the formula to someone.
You may want to try Ken's Trains. I did a search and it seems that PLASTRUCT was associated with it at one time. It also apears to be popular with the war gammers so a big game store may still have some.
Who knows, maybe, just maybe, one of our fine sponsors has some tucked away in a back room somewhere! George, Chuck, (etc) you guys got any input?
    Good luck Doc

I know you are interested in the item that was working for you, but there are many other ways to make terrain. You could try some others. You will see many beautiful layouts here and those builders are always willing to share ideas.

    Also, welcome to Trainboard! [IMG]
