Thanks for sharing. The yard looks like it could be part of a subway / light rail system. When I get home I can find something similar for the Red Line just south of Boston.
That is definitely a light rail system - they typically can handle tighter curves. If you follow the line out of the yard you can see on at a station.
This is the storage yard for "Red Line" subway / elevated cars. It is part of the MBTA. I doubt a GP could take those curves: Google Maps So, yes, lots of sharp curvs still out there on the LRV subway / etc tracks.
