B40-8 That I know. Former CR 5060-5089? ------------------ LONG LIVE THE CHESSIE SYSTEM!!! Maumee & Cuyahoga Rail System/Chessie System. Your Purr-fect Rail Trafic Solution!!! NARA member!!!
Hit the nail on the head, SD50, most likely ex CR #5088. There are some big gaps in that ex-CR number series, as NS only has 18 of these units (4800-4817). Rest went to CSX (5950-5961). ------------------ Corey Lynch Pres - Rensselaer Model RR Society, NEB&W RR http://www.rpi.edu/~lynchc/Railfanning/railfanning.htm - My Site http://www.union.rpi.edu/railroad/ - NEB&W [This message has been edited by Harron (edited 31 January 2001).]

Talked to both the Division Road Foreman and the Detroit Diesel Foreman and both ageed the 4816 is a former CR GE B-40-8
Thanks for all of your answers! I agree... it must be a B40-8, since that is the cab sublettering Harold
