CN 9464 - EMD GP40-2L(W) built in 1974, retired and sold to Progress Rail in March 2002. The GP40-2L was a lighter-framed version of the standard GP40-2, it was built with the CN comfort cab. The RMPX reporting mark gives it away as Railcar Ltd/Progress Rail.
