Don't know much about it, I was hoping for some Hertiage Units from CSX. I think they are repainting them,wouldn't take much to repaint in Hertiage. Curtis
CSX Traded 12 SD80MAC's to NS for 12 SD40-2's. CSX has been rebuilding their SD40-2's including with new safety cabs. I suppose the ex-NS units could go straight to work. I think they've been rebuilding the SD40-2's that have come in for heavy repair. I love the shot -- it's as if the NS units are beasts aimlessly grazing in a fenced in pasture. I'm still a bit confused as to where in the forum we post pictures to be considered for those in the RFP of TW. I couldn't find co_riff's post with this picture posted elsewhere. My apologies; I'm kinda slow on the uptake. hboy: Thank you everyone.
