I have some Athearn cars of the NM RailRunner, plus one of the F59 engines Athearn painted to match the cars. However, that engine is just an approximation. It is way too short to stand in for a M36. Now TNT is coming up with a prototypical M36 engine. My problem or question is, does the Athearn color of the RailRunner correspond to the prototype? It seems rather too gray to me. Any opinions on this? I'd hate to order a hopefully prototypically correct TNT model, just to find out that the cars are a poor match.
