In October 1995, Amtrak's Cardinal makes a stop at White Sulphur Springs, WV, location of an exclusive resort once owned by the C&O. Note the private cars on the house tracks.
Taken in September 1989, a former B&O RDC is seen at Union Station in Washington, DC. That's busy K Tower behind the RDC, named for nearby K Street.
Washington, DC's Metro capably provided all of our transportation with excellence. This is the stunning barrel-vaulted station at McPherson Square.
It's fascinating to watch the WAS Union Station yard action from the top floor of the station's parking garage.
