Just thought I would let you all know, I have a replacement 3 truck shay from Bachmann. It took only three weeks from my sending the 3 truck shay back for repair to a replacement being sent back. This one is a superb model, and I am very impressed. Now I shall have to start over and weather it once again.
Paul, I'm glad to hear they're trying to make it right with you. I'm just curious, did they enclose any comment on what happened or was it one of those geographical things "you had to be there",lol? Bobby
Bachmann has not yet answered my letter in regard to my shay being damaged when I received it, and that's been over 5 weeks now! Maybe I should write to them again!
