It's just as it says it is. It's a book of standard and narrow gauge cars plans. Diagrams of freight and passenger equipment. Down to seating layouts in the various passenger cars. From NG passenger, to the California Zephyr. If later copies were done, it could have been spiral bound. My copy however, is not. And in my situation, book is copyright 1969. Can provide a bit more details, if wanted later.
