    Well lets see...

The truck has to steer more, so it can't barrel down too fast...

The shay is not really that quick, though.

The truck is carrying a load, so it has to drive a little slower, and we all know that Pauls track is smoother then the road...

    Go Figure!!!

    Paul and others,
No offense but I don't care which one won. But I will say paul you have some eye for entertainment!!!!!! Thats a great photo with the 2 at a race and so on... But great little ummmm scene on your layout. looks great.. You going to leave it as its seen in the pic or you going to move the truck to other places and so on???? I don't have to ask about the Shay and train being I know it will be amunated and so thats obvious so.. :D GREAT WORK and a GREAT EYE for a picture for finding "That Pose" You done a great job on every picture you've taken. Thats a great trait to keep.....

    Since it's all in fun:

As driver G. O. Fuster barrelled his semi down the mountain road, he failed to notice Deputy Y. M. Dnut carefully concealed behind a roadside billboard enjoying a well deserved rest at the beginning of his shift. Deputy Dnut could not, however, abide by a truck with an unsecured load careening down his stretch of road, and pulled Fuster over. As it took him 10 minutes to write the ticket, and it took Fuster a further 20 minutes to secure that log to his trailer, Engineer H. G. Hedd had an easy victory.

    OK?
