    All Aboard the Rocky Mountain Train Show - March 2nd and 3rd, 2019!

    Visit the largest model train show west of the Mississippi River at the Denver Mart.

    Make it a day or a weekend of Family Fun with 2-1/2 acres of model, toy trains of all scales, with 30 operating train layouts and two Large LEGO displays.
    See classic and modern trains from American Flyer, Athearn, Atlas, Bachmann, Blackstone, Broadway Limited, Kato, LGB, Lionel, Marx, MTH, North American Railcar, Rapido and Walthers.

    This is a great show for the young and the young at heart, whether you are just getting started in the hobby or a long time scale modeler.
    From kids activities to clinics and presentations there is something for everyone at the show. See you there!
    FREE kids activities include Kids Hands-On Layouts, Railroad Story Time, Kid-In-A-Cab, Railroad Theater, Train Town and our Build-A-Layout project.
    New this are the Junior Engineer Program and the Ride-On Thomas the Train, both of which are free.

    Face painting and Lil Engineer portraits are available for additional fare.

    For hobbyists we have 20 workshops and clinics, and over 700 sales tables of trains in scales from Z to G! Attend our new workshop- "Getting Started with Trains", which will walk you through setting up your first train set!
    Representatives from numerous train manufacturers, including Lionel, Bachmann, Caboose Kato, Micro-Trains, MTH, North American Railcar, Rapido Trains, Sundance Marketing, White River Productions will be on hand to show their newest products.
    The show features hourly door prizes including train sets.

    Food is available onsite.

    Show hours are 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday and 10 am to 4 pm on Sunday.
    Admission is $10 for adults- kids under 12 are Free.
    Active Duty Military with ID Free

    Tickets may be purchased on line at www.RockyMountainTrainShow.com, area hobby stores or at the door.

    So many train shows...

    Which show is this? I recall going to aTCA show that was pretty fun.

    I haven't gone to one in several years. After a while I knew all the display layouts, as it seemed to be the same people each year.

    May have to check this one out though as it's been some time.

    May stop by one day, and help with the Rio Grande Historical Society for
    a while. Spend some time talking with a few folks I don’t see much any longer!
    Would be nice, if I had a place to run one of the PRR trains I have!
    Either the standard Kato 10 car set, or the 14 car Broadway Limited, due to
    arrive tomorrow, UPS. Post Office delayed a Priority 3 day by 5 days last time!
