    It doesn't appear to be near any shop, or RIP facility. Sure looks like scrapping. If not being cut down for some other use?

    Makes me wonder why it's being cut up. There must have been some damage we can't see from this view.

    Looks like some higher use than being scrapped. Three of the sides have been cut out evenly at the same height, the fourth looks rough cut and ready to be trimmed.
    Also, I'd be leaning towards cutting the top off and working down if scrapping. Gravity causes strange occurrences.... ;)
