you sure know how to make a sub-to-average modeler feel bad. I don't think that I could ever build something that nice!
Thanks for the kind comments. I'll put up the rest of the shots here....trying to imitate at least a couple of the prototype angles in the front of the thread.
Now, to me...maybe the most important shot here. This is where I started from back in the 70's, a kitbash of a Rapido 0-6-0 using the Kadee pilot truck to make it a 2-6-0. So up until this project was done, that's what I was running. Not that it's horrible, or maybe it is, but I think its more important to make sure you know this is an evolutionary work, and before you say 'wow, I could never do that', realize that it sure as heck didn't start this way for me either!
