Ed Turner modified his Ace with fiber optics. Before, they were too dim. Be careful if you plan to do it yourself. The cab is superglued, and you can damage it if you don't do it carefully.
Oh holy ditch lights............I NEED this. Yeah, the lighting throughput leaves a lot to be desired, but they sure are beautiful locos.

Sure you can. I have a SD70 with working ditch lights that flash when I press the horn, but that's beyond the skill of lot modeler. Of course, you have to be running on dcc also.
This is a stock CSX, which I think looks brighter then the BNSF. It needs to be turn around, but you get the idea.
The latest BNSF ACe has the isolation cab, plus working ditch lights in the long hood. That's a surprised .
