Just curious- Have any of you seen many examples of before and after paint schemes, resulting from the BNSF merger, where the unit numbers follow each other? I know that a few times I have read mention of such incidents. This morning I witnessed a BNSF work extra trundling through my area, SD40-2 6818 in restencilled BN green. 6819 in BNSF H paint. 6818 and 6819 have actually been here for years. They are normally the eastward helper power from Whitefish. But are also grabbed for various other local activities, as there is often nothing else around. I had just never paid that much attention to their paint schemes. Boxcab E50
