I also have pics of slugs in H1 paint in my 1997 BNSF motive power annual.It says this: #3950-3966 B-B slugs(ex-ATSF101-105 rebuilt fromUP GP9's and ex-ATSF 123-125 rebuilt from F-7B units) #3967-3970 C-C slugs(ex-ATSF 126-129 rebuilt from UP SD24B's #3971-3977 C-C slugs(ex-ATSF 140-142 rebuilt from NW SD39 2964,ASTF SD40 5015 & ATSF SD40-2 5208 and also ex ASTF 145 rebuilt from SP sd39 5305 & ex ATSF 146 rebuilt from SP SD35 6917) ------------------ anyone need a car call ed pinkley,home of the pinkley taurus.and also now home of the new bn forum.
