Testing the new concrete turntable with 7 of my classic English trucks. Don´t like the lighting. Next try will be outside - if the rain ever stops .-( Its 1:76 = 00 scale - - not exactly H0 Deck and surroundings of the turntable lasercut and engraved using 3mm polystyrene Harald Brosch
I'm not familiar with UK vehicles, but I found the truck with the cargo covered with a tarp an interesting detail. Thank you for posting, Harald.
For Germans the Britsh trucks / lorrys look strange also - but I like the look. Normally I´m modelling US-modules in H0 - but sometimes is has to be someting else .-) Bye Harald
Neat stuff Harald. My post is a bit off topic, but when I was young, I often received Corgi diecast vehicles as Christmas gifts from cousins in Great Britain. Several of my mother's sisters married Brits after World War II and moved there from the U.S.. I still have the Corgis, though they've been well played with by two generations now and aren't in immaculate condition. That's okay though -- toys are meant to be enjoyed. I had to smile at your Tate & Lyle truck, as they have grown to become a large scale global manufacturer of all sorts of agricultural products. Prior to retirement, I used to buy rail carloads of corn starch from them.
