    Darren, have you seen the September 2004 Railfan and Railroad magazine? They have started a new feature, "Rail History Site Guide" and No. 1 version is Honesdale, PA, and the title is Stourbridge Lion. It's a short history of the D&H Canal Company's gravity RR from Carbondale to Honesdale. I know it would be of interest to you, and I'm hoping that's where they are going to publish my article on the NY Central track rerouting in my old hometown of Little Falls, NY. :D :D :D

    Here's another--the Fall issue of Classic Trains has a photo on Page 61 of a short freight crossing the Young's High Bridge on the Southern in 1971. An SW-1 pulling boxcars from C&NW, B&O, C&O, Burlington, D&H, Southern and a hopper from southern, last boxcar I can't read. :D
