    The "perpetual lease" has always had me curious. With many mergers, sales, and abandonments, I wonder how the legal ramifications fall into place?

    Some of the companies seem to re-emerge. Such as the Providence & Worcester, Greenwich & Johnsonville/Battenkill, and Housatonic. It would be interesting to listen to an attorney specializing in corporate law explain this stuff.
