USA: The US subsidiary of Finnish lighting system manufacturer Teknoware has acquired railway interior and exterior lighting and destination sign supplier Trans-Lite Inc from the family which founded the business.'The transaction will support Teknoware's strategy of expanding to new regions and growing its global product portfolio' said Kai Kauto, Managing Director of Teknoware Oy.
