BTW, this entire set is selling on eBay. At last glance, it is only up to $45 in bidding, with a $200 BIN price. I will take offers. The revised set, posted on eBay, is minus one dome coach, but includes a custom painted steam tender, which the prototype ran. It can be found in the Swap Meet section of this Forum. Only reason I am cutting it loose is that I am downsizing my North American layout. It will, however, run on 18 inch curves.
Losing my shirt on this eBay listing (see Swap Meet Section, eBay sales for ad). Adding in these decals, no extra charge, for the modeler who wants to create his own custom Auto Train rail car. If it was me, I'd want to do the 1930's baggage coach seen in the video.
It auctioned off for about $60, so that was a good deal for someone. He can profit by selling off the pieces individually, but I hope he enjoys it and the post office doesn't destroy it. I used yards of bubble wrap, but in the past that doesn't help when there are tire tracks on it. This sale already had undelivered items over a week gone by. From now on, I am only going to ship by UPS. The situation is out of control and costing me a lot of trouble and money.
