Once upon a time in America.......
Do you find the spot on OPS3 ?
On the far left. But the trees have gone since long ago…
Once upon a time in Amerika........
Have a nice WE!
Many great details in that scene. Really nice!
Oops! A bulldozer by the depot. In real life, that often meant the depot was about to be demolished. Are you going to remove this one?
That dozer is a fine piece of its own! Let the alone the great looking scenery around it.
Everything becomes secondary, when the Cab Forward starts its engine.......
All the best,
A wonderful view! Your photography is as good as your modeling!
The three modules of the Old Port Shop are now connected (also electronically) and the trains started riding.
But this is not the end of our activities!
Now come the "special add-on" pieces. How about this one?
And for me, this means now "ACTION"!!!!!!
Model Railroading is FUN.
Merry Christmas to Everybody!
Sven and Dirk
Sven, these are amazing pictures once again!
Good to hear that the layout is still under way and awaits even another extention!
All I want for Christmas is "Old Port Shop" images! And eventually a large format coffee table book
I wouldn’t mind seeing more images and a coffee table book from your collection either rray! Your work is right up there
A picture a day, keeps the doctor away........
Excellent images, as all have opined. These were oil burners, and unless the fireman was not doing his job, it really should not have belched this much smoke. But all in all a great modeling scene!
Appreciate your comment, but take a closer look at the condition of the Cab Forward.
These were her last miles before restoration!!
A few miles later, around the corner of the small yard, she is placed at the OLD PORT SHOP for her restoration, together with another hero of the steam hey days.
How about this one?
