Thanks for posting! Nice layout and it would great to have your own box car. I guess it's a true "club car" But being built in 1979, it's still under the 50 year service rule so how did they aquire it? Ralph
All I know is what they told me. The track is all but abandoned, yet the club leases it from some local railroad (I can't remember the name). A few times a year they run their Motorcar down the track on club excursions. I don't know whether they bought the boxcar or it was donated or what.
