    A similar accident took place in 2011 at a city park in Spartanburg, SC that took the life of a 6 Year Old. It was determined that the train was moving too fast and jumped the tracks.

    It has happened a number of times at Hermann Park in Houston.

    This train was recently involved in a grade crossing collision with an automobile in the park.
    The car was parked on the track.

    It certainly appears as though the car was at fault. That was a hard impact. Was anyone hurt? :(
