    Jurg,

The rocks ! How are you doing them? Plaster cast or foam? My gawd, they are so realistic. Perfect color and grasses too.

As an N scale outsider looking in, I must say , that is some really cool looking stuff! I can not believe that you Z guys have a small switcher like an SW-1, something that N scalers have to scratchbuild to get. That 10-wheeler is nice too. Thanks for sharing them pics!

Jeff, the Diorama was build by John Cubbin. He uses Ultracal 30 for the castings.

Jurg, make sure to get all the firmware updates for the Coolpix 5000 (I used to be the product manager here in the U.S., still work for Nikon).

    Best,

    Russ join us in Z.

We started the Tri State (NY) Z Scalers about 18 months ago and have about 10 active members and another 20 on the sidelines. We've already done the Train Show in Amherst Mass. and NTS a 1.5 weeks ago in Philly.

Russ, Visit the Tri-State Z scalers sometime and you can see Michael Hilliard's SW-1 in NYC colors, too.
