I'm trying to find photos of Osier for my husband. He's looking for any that show the landscape coming and going from there. Also curious if when you go for lunch if your able to walk around and take photos of the area as we might do that, but have never been on this train yet. Thanks to anyone who can help
Oh and I'm also wondering if anyone has driven back to Osier and if so, how is the road? I'm a bit fearful of driving in the mountains. Is it a double road and are you driving up steep areas and are you next to a huge dropoff?
Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad How about nearly 700 photographs online from my past trips: http://www.trainweb.org/rradventures/RRAdventures_Colorado/Cumbres_and_Toltec_Scenic_Railroad.htm When you stop for lunch there is lots of time to walk around and take photographs, eat, and shop a bit
This is the only thing I have scanned in right now. This was taken at Osier and shows a little of the back ground.
I have not taken the drive personally so I can't say for certain; but, the terrain in that area is not major so I would think as long as it's good / dry weather you should be fine...
