Two CSX Locomotives In New Special Paint

    CSX has chosen to add two specially painted GE ES44AH locomotives to their roster, Nos. 911 and 1776. The first honors first responders and the latter veterans. This great paint work was done at their locomotive shop in Huntington, WV. I'm not sure if these units are in service quite yet; I've not been able to find any photos of them on the road.

    Nice to see CSX finally stepping up with something special on their rails. I now see that they're on the road, teamed up on Q693 in Catlettsburg, KY this evening, perhaps en route all the way to Waycross, GA. (y)
