Hello again I don't know if its right or wrong... What I have been doing most of today, was painting the rails a Redish Brown, air-brushing a grime stripe of Black and GunMetal down the center, then polishing all the mess off the tops of the rails. This pic gives a general idea. I know most of it will be covered up once I ballast... but at the rate I am going, that might be quite a while and I wanted it to look good until then. I don't think I'm going to weather my Unitrack. I think I will, at some point, want to re-do the layout in Code 55, and I think I could get at least half of my Unitrack investment back by selling the used track... I'm not sure it would sell if it were painted and weathered...
