howdy all Last week I scheduled myself some work in St Louis so that I could follow the UP844 FEF en route on the Little Rock Express Excursion. I had a great time with all the FOAMers, kids and historical nuts out along the rails. I caught the train Thursday just outside of New Haven, Mo and followed it into St Louis where it sat until Saturday morning. On Saturday I caught it coming over MacArthur Bridge into Il and chased it through many towns on the route until I had to end my trip south of Gorham, Il. Nice shots! I have a question--are the tires painted silver this trip? They sure look it in the photos. :tb-confused:
they were white. my white balance might be off a bit in the video. I was told this is how they came originally....but I'm not sure.
