Hello-- My username is struck through with a message stating my email address is invalid, where emails are being bounced. I checked my email address. It's valid and still listed correctly in my profile. Can you look into this please? Thanks, Steve Williams
Steve- Check it now. If still using the same email as when you registered, then it's hard to say exactly what happened. If this happens again or it continues, you might wish to check with your ISP tech support. It would not be something we could rectify from here. Boxcab E50
Odd. Now mine's doing it. I did change my e-mail from my original, but that has been a fewq months. Did you guys rollback the user records for some reason? Or maybe the host server did it? EDIT: It's showing my old e-mail, so I switched it over again.
If you change your email, and don't also change it in your profile, it will show a strike through. However, what you are seeing today could be something connected with many changes ongoing, for the upgrade. I've checked your settings and you should be OK now. Boxcab E50
Once a person changes their e-mail, they still have to contact support by clicking on Contact Us at the bottom. Charlie
