OK, I cannot for the life of me figure out what I am doing wrong. I want to upload a full size pic into Phot Fun. The size is correct according to my railimages data. I hit the "New Post" button on the bottom left in the forum, write some clever prose, go to the "insert Image" button at the top right, hit insert, copy the URL from the bottom of the image in railimages, paste in and...red x instead of an image. I must be getting Old Timers disease as I used to be able to this like a champ! J
I think there is more than one way to do this, but here is how I do it. I do it just like you, but instead of copying the url below the image on RI, I right click on the image itself. Then, in the box that appears, I click on "copy image location" and paste that into the box on the "Reply to Thread" template. See if that helps a little; post again if not.
John- I believe you'll need to prune part of the URL you've copied from RI. The first part needs to be eliminated. Boxcab E50
When I click on the little yellow 'Insert Image' icon, (above), I have to delete the http:// that is already in the image url box, then 'paste' my photo url replacement in there and the photo shows in my post.
