Wolfgang- Your work is always tops. The beautifully laid track in the "Looking to the tower" shot especially caught my attention.
Over on the Atlas board, the discussion (and lack of belief) in the visibility of N scale cats gave me something to tinker with. I got the Woodland Scenics "Pets" set and had some fun with it. Here's in Winslow: Over in Flagstaff, Verne Niner's "N Scale Norm" has retired to a trailer just west of town when the boss' ill-fated mining railroad venture went bust. He, Sue and Sparky just took in another pet - "Chico" the cat. The real modeling test of what you can actually do in N scale if you put your mind to it is beside Chico - an N scale mouse made of .010 wire and a human hair for a tail. Here's a closeup of the mouse:
Wow some more really great modelling and photography this week! I got to play with my photo module a bit more this week, and try out Helicon Focus, although I'm not happy with my results from that yet so here are some normal shots. Simon
SirTainly- A tripod is an absolute must as well as a timed shutter release or a remote shutter release. If I can do it, you can do it.
Sucks to be the crewman who have to dig the coupler and hoses out to connect to anything! (helpers, etc)
Here are some private road name cattle cars on the H0 scale San Antonio Model Railroad Association layout. I am not familiar with the road name or the owner, but they look pretty nice.
The Dutch modelrailroad groups had an open house during last weekend. Our club was able to show its oNetrak layout in a school building. The Northlander stops at the depot of Northland: A Baldwin Sharknose of the PRR in Jasper Yard: Gas station along the tracks:

We have been having major computer problems at home. One crash and a failing hard drive. We are up and running but I don’t know for how long. We lost about two months worth of files in the crash since the latest back-up won’t load. I have some new shots in the camera but I am afraid to download them to the computer. Of course if I did they would not be much good since my photo editing software was lost in the crash. So I’ll go with some oldies I have available: Here are some random picks Atlas B&O RS-1 Bachmann Plus Western Maryland F7A P2K PRR PA1 Atlas Custom/Fantasy Painted Lehigh & New England U23B
Scott, that's probally one of the top ten best locos I've seen here on Trainboard. EXCELLENT paint job.
