Some great photo's here,John Sing you are a lucky man to be able to visit so many different layout, wish our club could fund a new hall like that HO club.... Anyhow had an excellent family day at the local model park, with abit of luck the Sydney N scale mrrc can move here too. Here is the newly laid G scale trackage, they have ove 200mtrs of track down with more to come yet! Next is a 4-8-4 Northern Pacific, this loco was a recent addition to the park.
Mr. Roberts- Do you have a railimages account or please post more of the Atlas layout. I have the last one in the book and I am interested.
Here's some more live steam from a run in my yard this evening. I can vouch for ol #268 -- she was working hard, despite the absence of a plume.
Didn't have a chance to participate last week, so wanted to post something, anyway. My photos are not the best. I have been shopping for a new digital camera, but haven't gotten around to the purchasing phase. Hardy Co. is just a DPM kit with a sign and a few rooftop details added. The NKP boxcar is an Atlas Vermont Railway that I stripped, painted, decaled, and weathered. My flat with tractors is a weathered Red Caboose with DPM tractors from a kit. Beautiful work from everyone this week. I was supposed to be in the track laying phase this week, but too much...stuff...has come up. Maybe next week

Hey Russ, I saw that coupler photo before and what jumped out at me were the heavy duty hiking boots! I figured that shot was taken while out on some long hike... Made some puffball trees; natural wood armatures with misc scenic foam: [ September 26, 2005, 11:25 AM: Message edited by: campp ]
