Good morning from sunny and warm Northeast Ohio! Here is the one car I got done this week, a Tangent Sam Rae Shops 4600CF Covered Hopper kit, I purchased two of the decorated cars, but as I had a couple of decal sets for the car I went with the undecorated kit also. As the LV was under PRR/PC control they purchased these at a better price than from an established car builder like PS or ACF. Last Saturday went to the club with my Rapido FA-2's along with a bunch of my PRR Hopper cars of various classes. Have a great weekend! Rick Jesionowski
Yeah, so the pipe load is a little large for the 18 wheeler, not even sure it is an 18 wheeler, but it looks really cool, to me Another one behind it! Kind of dig how it is in focus and items in front are not, just saying! I think the LED light fell down in the fueling area? Those are the pipes I just painted with the Rechargeable Airbrush, me likes. Got the WS traffic lights in the picture too, really like them too.
You will notice all the River Point N Scale trucks in my photo above. I am addicted to these things, and still have more in their brand new packages, and thinking about buying more. They keep lowering the Clearance prices and I can't resist for some reason. If you can't tell, I really, really, like the RPS vehicles
I finally got around to testing this one. It has been sitting unopened since I got at the Greenberg Show from January. New Haven PA1 (Rapido) arrives at the station as a trailer train passes.
And you left that beauty in the box since January? Poor little engine... But I have to say that Rapido really nailed it, especially for N scale. That is a real beauty (I wouldn't mind going out on a date with her... ).
Finished with what I call my "three little pigs", the three-car MOW set: Leading is a Bachmann Spectrum 44-tonner CN 1, one of the two original 44-ton GE's purchased in the late 1940s for the Prince Edward Island's Murray Harbor sub, where bridge loading restrictions ruled out anything heavier.
