Atlas is coming out with a bunch of new N Scale reefers soon. I know there are some foobs but the Blatz beer cars are right and I cannot do without them. My actual reefer count is 609. It got to the point that I couldn't even buy new cars because I didn't know what I had. It's on a simple spreadsheet. I'd like to be able to link to pictures but I don't know how.

I just preorder 4 Atlas HO beer reefers, two Schiltz and two Schaffer, and a Schiltz tractor and trailer. I created an Access file and I am now loading the information into. The first group of cars I added were the reefers. Like you I needed to do so in order to know what I have. With Access I can add photos. Below are the form I use for inputting and a report. I use a slightly different form for locos.
