Eugen, that's fantastic. Your layout looks huge with those backdrops. One really gets an impression of wide-open spaces.
Hokum's House... Ground floor poster... to the left... below the "Rump Quakers Shimmy Shakers" sign... nice touch... Eugen, those are indeed fantastic backgrounds...
And I just noticed the nun just off the line to the ticket window. Customer? Performer? Or just educating on the ill effects of too much titillation (as advertised on Candy's own poster).
As is often the case, I'm somewhat late getting here, but just wanted to say that I especially enjoyed this photo thread. I particularly liked Russell's N scale 4-2-0 and John's Shay. Jim's photo (very nice) is very much reminiscent of the late John Allen's artistry, and Wolf's and Eugen's layouts also look great. Candy's scenes always seem to come to life, and the figures and details really bring Montanan's gas station to life, too. Add in a couple more of Rick's top notch freight cars and the whole thing is just excellent.
