Here is a picture of my MT-4 casting installed on a modified Bachman J Class mechanism. I still need to build and cast the pilot. Jason Smith Tomball Locomotive Works

Jason, that is one sweet loco. Should be something real special when completed. You make boiler and parts available? Carl
I was at a train show today and a vendor there had a couple if the Atlas 4-4-0s for sale. I almost bought the undecorated one. How's it run?
Finally finished building a New Haven U25B that I have been adding detailing to, painting and lettering. \ Added various detail parts from Detail Associates, Utah Pacific, and Details West. Painted with Floquil Socony Red and Scalecoat II Black Paint, and lettered with Microscale Decals. Thanks for looking! Rick J
Nice. I don't believe I have ever seen that NH paint scheme before. Looks cool. Sent from my DROID4 using Tapatalk 2
Thanks, the U25B's and C-425's were both painted in variations of that scheme. It was labeled the "Trustee Scheme" for the period the New Haven was in bankruptcy prior to the Penn Central. Rick J
Here's a building I built with the help of a Wishblade cutter, Using Grandt Line windows and JTT brick sheet, also had posted it on another thread, so you might say this is a re-thread....
You did a great job on that locomotive. I have ridden in that proto locomotive many times, as it is in the collection of the Railway Museum of New England, in Thomaston CT. Excellent work! Eric
