Years ago, I had an MRC/Rowa N&W Y6b that really did not fit my direction of modeling. So, I did a little slicing, bashing and rearranging to come up with something more appropriate. In the end I sold it because the SP never ran these things east of El Paso, Texas.

I was down at Chuck's today and picked up a few goodies, a couple of Micro-Trains WP stock cars:

And a Fox Valley WP (ex Milw) box car:

That's a really nice SP cab-forward you have there, Russell. And the photos are great - very realistic.

Over here in England we had visitors at the weekend with a bagful of old locos retrieved from decades in storage, so I made a video on the Dorking Garden Railway, which is at:

Here's a still photo (of the "Flying Scotsman" passing "Britannia") to show you the sort of things on the video...

Without digging out my books, I'm thinking it was two or four. The Museum in Portola has one renumbered for MOW service. When I saw that Fox Valley was doing these Milwaukee rib side boxcars, I was really hoping they would do the WP cars.

That middle car, the lighting does a nice job highlighting the interior. Brings some life into the scene.
