That cannot be Wisconsin...where is the cheese or protestors? I am joking. That looks great! Did you take the photo outside?
I took it inside against a white wall that was 4 feet behind it. I added the sky detailing afterwards. I actually need to haul the modules outside for some better daylight photos at some point. Thanks for the kind words.
A couple more from me. Looking into my produce warehouse with the end wall removed: The painted and weathered warehouse under the big lights, with a car staged in front:
Your scenery is really coming along nicely! When did you do all this work on it? ...or have I just been to busy with homework that I never found any construction photos? Oh, and I've never heard of the ".R .R .T & .V" or an engine called "ERIPME". I'm guessing you flipped the image:tb-biggrin:sdrawkcab si gnirettel eht lla esuaceB
A group shot of some of my new locos. From left to right: a Kato JNR C62 4-6-4, a Tomix JR EF66, a Tomix JR ED75 and a Kato Rio Grande PA-1. Sorry for the photo quality. I'm just learning the ropes of my new D-SLR.
No problem with the photo quality. It's certainly a nice photo, IMHO. Those cameras have so many functions it takes a while to learn them all. I have a three year old Nikon 5000 and I can only do the things that I need to do with it. The camera still is beyond me.
you can also use a sheet of paper as reflector. This will lighten up the dark parts. I use a 1000 W lamp beaming against the ceiling. This gives useful light. Wolfgang
I'm using one daylight balanced photo fluoresent bulb to light everything. I really need a second one. I used a sheet of white foam core board behind the locos to reflect some light back.
