Taken on the 29th. Based on spotting features it was a GP40. Brand new paint. The shops were empty but for those 2 units. I now live 8ish blocks away. Perfect for a nightly constitutional.
An FM H-20-44. Was built in 1954 as Akron Canton & Youngstown 505 before becoming Portland Cement Company 410. They donated it to the Galveston Railroad Museum in 1984 where it was repainted to this scheme.

Curtis, new wheels but no prime mover, do you think this unit is road slug fodder? Thought CSX stopped that program again a couple years back. Good shot, though!
