Empty crude oil train coming westbound out of Houston on the UP Sunset Route. It is crossing over to the BNSF at the Rosenberg interlocker to head north toward Temple. As there is a shortage of pipeline capacity due to the recent upsurge of production, crude oil is being shipped out of the oil fields to the refineries by rail.
