Weekend Prototype Photo Challenge "Caboose/EOT" Ends July 27th

Prototype Photo Challenge Topic: "Caboose/EOT"

1. All challenges close at 10pm Pacific Standard Time, and will be noted with a "Time's up!" post within the thread.
2. Please use the challenge as a motive to take a new photograph rather than using a photograph that you have taken in the past.
3. Challenges are open to everyone, have fun!!
4. Though not required, commenting on other peoples pictures is encouraged.
5. Only one image per participant so please choose the image carefully.
6. Any posts with images taken before the commencement of the challenge will not be included in the poll.
7. For photos to be eligible they must be taken between Friday July 24th and Monday July 27th.
8. Ensure dates and times on your camera are correct.
9. On July 27th, all entries will be put up for a public vote, in which all members of Trainboard may vote for their favorite entry(s), regardless of whether you submitted an entry or not. Voting will be unlimited multiple choice.

We look forward to seeing many contributors, remember this is to encourage all photographers to take a shot of the subject rather than post a photo taken in the past.

 

My entry



When I run these contest I don't like to be first. But I am working the weekend on the road and I have the time now to post so here it is. Now then I set the bar so let's see some more.

 

I'm going to make my way down to the SF CalTrain station this weekend. They usually have a caboose on the side lines down there.

 

Oh darn, I forgot about the "date" rule. Oh well, best of luck to you guys! Great photos

Well I made a run out to Williams today and got a photo for the competition

Every thing is fine as a frog hair. Just a note oldrk posted his wife's photo as a surprise to her. So IF and I am not saying any thing to sway the vote but IF his wife also a member should win I think the prize will have to go to her.

If I remember correctly, not a contest has gone by (that we have hosted) in which any of the contestants received zero votes! :thumbs_up::thumbs_up:

 

Not that I was counting but the word here is "We". Before we were doing this I held down the bottom pretty good some times. But I do it for the fun not ever planing to win.
