Train 81 climbing above Lower Arrow Lake, September 1970
Helicon Photo by my friend Tim Horton.
Mark, that looks like a shot I would have hiked for hours into the bush to take. I'd be climbing all over the mountains to get just the right angle. Very nice, BTW.
Awesome shot Rick! That turn table scene on your layout is definitely an icon!
Nope, not too late yet Mark. Everyone has until Sunday night, making today and tomorrow everyone else's last chance for this challenge!
WOW. This is absolutely fabulous!
Deadline for this challenge is tonight! Last call to get your entry in!

Gah, so mad at myself. Our club was open for the local Christmas walk this past weekend, so I brought out a ton of my motive power for a photo shoot. Forgot one thing.....THE CAMERA!
Great stuff guys! That J Class reminds me of many railfan trips I had behind the 611 as a kid.
Less than one day to get your votes in.
Last chance if you haven't already done so.
Congratulations to Mark Dance for taking home the prize!
It's a superior image, no two ways about it. Well done, Mark.
Congratulations! You should be really proud of this win because you were up against some stiff competition. Your shot exemplifies what all of us aim for in our own modeling and the work you share shows your awesome talent and passion.
I look forward to seeing more of your incredible layout on TrainBoard and I am happy we can contribute to it in a small way with our award.
Thank you for the compliments and thank you for the award. They are much appreciated especially amongst these great photo submissions.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New year to everyone!
