    I believe it's another unintended consequence of Corporate Downsizing.

    But it must get terrific fuel economy, doesn't need those big tanks.

    Ha. I saw this on e-bay yesterday. Same concept but done with a coal car.

    Now I'm envisioning a whole little layout of "half-lings" running around. [​IMG] Oh the possibilities! I wonder what a Shorty-shorty tank car would look like!

    Like I said, it's hard to find these guys in stock, but here are some places who carry/have carried them.

    If someone knows more about these, I also have a question. I've heard Kato has used both a 3v and 12v motor in these guys. How do you tell which motor you have?
