    Looks like I see exhaust stacks on it. EMD? I'd say it looks like what is called a "calf" unit. Would be mated to another powered (control) unit with cab. A mother known as a "cow."

    Perhaps it's an old SW unit that had it's cab lopped off and RC installed?
