I use YouTube. No troubles with instability. Quality has improved a lot, so uploading your movies is worth the waiting time.

As i mean, Russian government(or our provider(ISP) ) closed accesss to YouTube due to pirates TV content.
I really cannot open it during some weeks.....

Recently, i showed some Russian TV news, where some users, who used YouTube and downloaded some new videos were really prisoned.

For other options, try Vimeo, Video Sharing For You
For editing on a PC, there is the built in Windows Movie Maker but I'm not sure if the version you have would work with the file types so give it a try. There is also Adobe Premier Elements or Sony Vegas (not sure what version but I've heard good things about it). Both of these options cost between $50 and $100. Hope this helps.

Movie Maker will not work weith .mov files. However, there are a few free converters online that can be downloaded. It's really not a big nuisance to have to run them through it consdiering the price ($0). I used to use Free Video Converter and Any Video Converter for .mov, since moving to a different camera and a new comp, I haven't needed them. I know one was taken out due to the creator not wanting to mess with it anymore.
