ATSF where is this?

I posted this on the Espee pages but have had no luck identifying where this. The pictures were shot in 1994 and I can't remember where. The footbridge was a good vantage point and there is a mix of S.P and Santa fe locos to be seen. Any thoughts anybody?





I've also got a station to identify with BNSF and Montana Rail link power running through it which I'll put on in a while

I'm thinking that's Tucson, AZ. It sure looks like the Tucson yard I use to work in.
