Which ground throws to buy?

I am building a walk-along HO switching layout with Atlas Custom code 83 turnouts. I want to use manual ground throws to throw the turnouts. Walthers makes a variety of sprung ground throws. Which travel length / model should I use for my turnouts? Many thanks.

I use Caboose 208s. I think it has more throw than the 202s.
